About the League:
For the young at heart
The league is located in Washington County, Maryland and has been in existence for over 35 years. Teams are comprised of male and female participants in Maryland, Pennsylvania and West Virginia who are 50 years and older (men) and women who are 40 or more years of age.

Games are played at the Halfway Park ball fields maintained by Washington County Parks and Recreation.
Important Dates:
- January 2026 – The TSSSL registration period is now open for the 2026 softball season and will remain open until the league player Draft in late April. The Registration form for the 2026 season is available here.
- February 10, 2026 – The TriState Senior Softball League held an organizational meeting on Tuesday, February 10. The Minutes can be viewed here. Previous league minutes and events can be accessed on our league “News” and Archives page.
- March 10, 2026 – The TSSSL next scheduled meeting will be held on March 10, 2026 (Tuesday evening) at 6:00 PM. The meeting is scheduled to be held at the Wacohu Grange Hall, 16412 National Pike, Hagerstown, MD.
- March 30, 2026 – The TSSSL initial Practice session is tentatively scheduled to begin on Monday, March 30, 2026 and continue into April. Practice sessions are usually held Monday – Thursday for a three week time frame, and allows Managers to assess players skills and select their teams prior to the league Draft.
- April 2026 – The TriState Senior Softball League Practice sessions will conclude during the third week of April and the player Draft will be held shortly thereafter.
- May 04, 2026 – The TriState Senior Softball League regular season games are tentatively scheduled to begin on Monday, May 04, 2026.
